Fed Up With Receiving Files You Can’t Open?

If you are using Microsoft’s Office 2003 you may have started to notice that you are receiving documents ending with .docx. These have been made using the new 2007 version of the software and can cause endless frustration as you can’t open them in previous versions of the programme. That is of course unless you have downloaded this patch!
